Refund / Exchange

If you are unhappy with a product, you may return the undamaged, unused product within thirty days and receive a full refund or exchange it for another item with an equal or less value. Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless we are at fault. Exceptions: State filing fees and bonds are nonrefundable once filed with the county or the state. Prorated refunds will issued on error and omission insurance policies for the remaining coverage period.

Processing Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are processed after receiving back your order. Refunds for memberships’ dues, bonds and errors and omission insurance must be requested in writing via email before a refund is issued. Please email us at [email protected]. Refunds are issued within fourteen days of receiving your returned items or request.

Cancelation Policy

All orders are processed upon receipt. It is only possible to cancel an order prior to shipping.

Defective Product

If you receive a product that is damaged or not designed to your specifications, please call or email us and we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost using the same shipping method you selected.

Undelivered Orders

Notaryindustries.com (NI) will promptly provide a replacement for any undelivered order using the same shipping method you selected.
